Make a pound of crab feed a whole crowd for your next docktail party.
Ingredients
8ozPackage block cream cheese,softened
4Shallots(or 1 small onion)
1/4cupMayonnaise
1tbspSpicy mustard
1tbspwhite wine(or white balsamic vinegar)
1tbspOld Bay Seasoning
1lbCrab Meat,picked trhough
1/3cupShredded cheddar
1/4cupSliced almonds
Instructions
Mince the shallots. Use one half onion if you can't find shallots
Mix the shallots with the softened cream cheese, mayo, mustard, vinegar and Old Bay seasoning.
Fold in crab meat and place in a small casserole dish. Light your galley oven and heat to 350 degrees. Sprinkle cheese and almonds on top. Then, of course, add a couple more dashes of Old Bay. Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly.
