Ingredients
1ounce Gin
1ounceGrand Marnier, Cointreau or triple sec
1ounceLillet blanc
1ounceFreshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2tspPastis or absinthe
Lemon or orange twist for garnish
Instructions
Add the gin, Grand Marnier, Lillet and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake for a few seconds until well chilled. Swirl the Pastis or absinthe around in a chilled coupe glass and pour out the excess. Strain the drink into the glass and garnish with a citrus twist. This makes one drink. Multiply recipe and needed.
