Slice onion, bell pepper and green onions and toss with salad greens.
Shell and devein shrimp and thread on skewers; salt and pepper to taste. Grill for about 2 minutes per side, until opaque and pink. Cool for several minutes.
Combine all remaining ingredients other than sesame seeds and shake or whisk to combine. Toss salad with vinaigrette.
Toast sesame seeds in a 350 degree oven or a dry frying pan over high heat until lightly browned.
Top salad with shrimp and sprinkle with sesame seeds to serve.
