Instructions
Cut the cantaloupe half into three wedges, then cut thin slices out of the rind, lengthwise.
Blend feta and yogurt with 2 tablespoons olive oil in food processor until well combined.
To serve, smear one quarter of the feta mixture on each of four salad plates. Arrange melon and greens, drizzle with remaining olive oil, and sprinkle with spices.
