Clafoutis aux Framboise
An easy-to-make dessert with an elegant French name

Ingredients

Milk
1/2
cup
Cream
1/3
cup
Sugar
2/3
cup
Flour

Large eggs
1
Egg yolk
1 1/2
tsp
Vanilla extract
2
cups
Raspberries
(or pitted cherries, plums or most any fruit)
Instructions
Preheat your galley oven to 375ยบ.
Butter a 10" pie pan and place our raspberries in the pan.
In a large bowl, blend the rest of the ingredients until smooth. Pour the batter over the raspberries.
Place in your preheated oven for about 45 minutes or until puffed up and golden.
