Balsamic Glaze(or sea salt and White Balsamic vinegar)

Instructions
Halve the grape tomatoes. Cut the mozzarella cheese balls in half or if larger chucks, cut into 1/2" pieces.
Skewer onto toothpicks. This is the rotation that will usually fit one toothpick: 1/2 tomato, basil leaf folded over, 1/2 mozzarella. Repeat on same toothpick
Place them on a platter, grate sea salt over and drizzle Balsamic Glaze over them. If no Balsamic glaze, drizzle white balsamic vinegar, sprinkle sea salt, and little sugar and slat. It will all be so tasty!
