An army of Koa warriors is infiltrating our saloon armed with Piña Coladas. That’s the way I like to fight! And since we’re boat people we’re going to make this recipe simple, no power tools.

2 ounces light or amber rum
2 ounces pineapple juice
1 1/2 ounces coconut cream
Ice (get that from a power boater!)
Mix first three ingredients in a shaker. Or stir first three ingredients until well blended and pour over ice. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry. Ke aloha!

- 1.5 ounces Cream of Coconut
