Piña Colada

An army of Koa warriors is infiltrating our saloon armed with Piña Coladas. That’s the way I like to fight! And since we’re boat people we’re going to make this recipe simple, no power tools.

Piña Colada

2 ounces light or amber rum
2 ounces pineapple juice
1 1/2 ounces coconut cream
Ice (get that from a power boater!)

Mix first three ingredients in a shaker. Or stir first three ingredients until well blended and pour over ice. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry. Ke aloha!

Piña Colada

Classic. Traditional. Simple.

Servings: 1 drink
Ingredients
  • 2 ounces Light or Amber Rum
  • 2 ounces Pineapple juice
  • 1.5 ounces Cream of Coconut
Instructions
  1. Combine first three ingredients in a shaker. Or stir first three ingredients in a glass until well blended and serve over ice.

  2. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and slice of pineapple
