This Nor’easter turned out MUCH more mean, than the hurricane known as Joaquin…but there ain’t no drink called “Nor’easter” I think, so here’s to my dear New Orleans!

Pat O’Brien’s New Orleans Hurricane

1 ounce lemon juice
4 ounces dark rum
4 ounces red passion fruit cocktail mix
Crushed ice
Orange slice and cherry for garnish

Shake first three ingredients vigorously in a cocktail shaker for a minute or two. Serve over crushed ice with orange slice and cherry garnish.  Stay tied up in the slip all day and don’t attempt any complex repairs.
